Pilates Director & Instructor, Minneapolis, MN

MGayle Studios is looking for a certified instructor to direct Pilates operations, manage growth, mentor other instructors and work with clients. This leader will provide input regarding strategic direction and work one-on-one with the owner to position the studio for expansion in other locations. Requirements:
• Certified instructor with 3+ years experience teaching Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair and Barrel
• Degree in exercise related field
• Ability to mentor others
• Ability to work with special populations (elderly, injuries, chronic issues)
• Familiar with past and current trends in Pilates industry
