• Michael Gayle
- Owner
MICHAEL GAYLE
Michael Gayle is founder of MGayle Studio. He believes that great physical fitness results from a deep emotional commitment to change. Michael is a former U.S. Marine, whose love of fitness led him to major in Kinesiology and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota. He holds certification by the American College of Sports Medicine and Stott Pilates. Michael also held several prestigious training posts prior to opening his studio, working at The Marsh in Minnetonka and for the Minnesota Vikings. He lives in St. Paul.Services: Pilates, Personal training, cross-training

• ELIZABETH SKWIOT
Elizabeth Skwiot’s entrance into the world of aerial arts happened when
she first stepped off a flying trapeze platform in 2001. Feeling more
at home in the air than on the ground, she continued to study other aerial
arts including aerial dance, corde lisse, static trapeze, doubles trapeze,
and fabric. Elizabeth has taught aerial arts at Trapeze Arts, Oakland;
Studio 12, Berkeley; Xelias Aerial Arts Studio, Minneapolis; and has served
as a guest instructor at the Motivity Center, the 2005 American Circus
Festival, and the 2005 Sustainable Living Festival. She has performed
with Terry Sendgraff’s Aerial Dancers, Flynn Creek Circus, and Xelias
Aerial Performance Company.

Training: NETA Certified Personal Trainer. Trained in
Stott Pilates. Aerial Dance at the Motivity Center, Berkeley, CA. Circus
Arts (flying trapeze, corde lisse, static trapeze, doubles trapeze, and
fabric) at Circus Center San Francisco, Trapeze Arts (Oakland), and Espacio
Zero (Buenos Aires).

• TRICIA SCHULTE
Tricia coaches individuals, who lead, contribute to, and inspire others. She combines leadership development and life coaching to help high achievers address career choices and goals while integrating and enhancing emotional and physical well being. She assists her clients to achieve optimal health and life balance by supporting them in changing their perceptions, and prioritizing wellness and recuperation under stress.

• JENNIFER DEKOK
Jennifer DeKok teaches fitness yoga and joined MGayle Studio in Spring 2008. She has been practicing yoga in the Twin Cities for almost 10 years and has owned her own health and wellness business for three. Jennifer believes that the balance between spiritual, physical and emotional health is essential to achieving personal wellness and practicing yoga is important in working toward that balance. Yoga is a journey that not only improves physical fitness, but also cleanses and detoxifies the body while calming the mind and centering the spirit
